Tower defense (TD) is a specialized type of strategy video game focused on protecting a player’s territories or assets. This is accomplished by strategically deploying defensive structures along the enemy’s route to hinder their progress and prevent invasions. Typically, players must anticipate enemy movements and place their defenses effectively to withstand waves of attackers.
